The spectacular Victoria Falls is shared by two countries: Zambia and Zimbabwe. And although both sides have stunning views of the falls, Zimbabwe offers some of the most majestic angles and walks along the length of the Falls. In the dry season, the water tends to disappear on the Zambian side (October/November), leaving a steady torrent year round in Zimbabwe. Victoria Falls is a quiet tourist town, with a number of restaurants, lodges and adventure activities on offer around the Falls. Near the town is the beautiful Zambezi National Park, where wildlife thrives along the banks of the Zambezi above the Falls.
